Professionally Organized Onsite Estate Sale
Once family and friends have gone through items, we come in and organize and price everything for a 1 to 3 day sale. Depending on the size of the estate, this can take up to a week to organize the sale (plus the 1 to 3 days for the sale). After the sale we offer complete cleanout services to ready the property for transfer to a new owner.
Online Auction Onsite
Our staff catalogs and acquires images of items for online auction lots. Items are then loaded into our auction software and promoted for 7 to 10 days on our website, email, and social media. After the auction, the load out (pickup) happens onsite usually at a central location like a garage or entryway, with our staff bringing the winning lots to the bidder. This is a relatively fast solution, with minimal wear and tear on the residence.
Online Auction at Our Facility
This is one of the fastest way to free up a property for sale or transfer to a new occupant (1 to 3 days). We catalog and transfer all auction able items to our Estate Auction Services facility in the Town of Scott for entry into our auction software for scheduling and promotion. Our cleanout services can be utilized for anything not saleable.
Complete Cleanout Service
Sometimes there just isn’t enough items for a sale or auction. After a sale or auction, items that are not saleable and refuse is left over. We clean out the residence, get it to a broom clean state, donate and recycle left over items.
